Originals Kicks Kase Backpack (Black/Pink)

Thanks for bringing this to my attention Jeff. Based on the UPS tracking it appears the order was packed and label created by our warehouse team but then somewhere along the way it has gotten lost. Unfortunately we don't know that something is wrong until the customer notifies us that they never received their order or that the tracking is not updating. At this stage as you have mentioned unfortunately it won't arrive to you before Christmas as we will have to chase it up with UPS. I apologize for this inconvenience! Would you like me to cancel and refund your order or would you like me to resend a new bag?
